Adovia Sulfur Soap Review

(More customer reviews)I got this for my husband because his dermatologist recommended sulfur soap for his acne prone skin. Other soaps we've tried would work for a while in reducing his acne and oil on face but would overdry his skin so much that sometimes it would break out again just due to being over dried. This soap however has just enough sulfur and is gently on his skin, but has cleared up the blackheads and random zits that he had. His face is much smoother now and the oil is contained even with the long hours he works with his construction helmet. It doesn't have any fragrance and the other review said it smelled bad, but I personally don't think it's that bad at all and the smell is very subtle, it's not like I can smell it on him after he uses it. Also it's an all natural soap so I wouldn't expect it to have some artificial fragrance smell. Overall A+ for this sulfur soap.

(More customer reviews)I love this stuff! It's taken a little getting used to after using a liquid foundation, but I won't ever go back to putting chemicals on my face. Plus, this product is actually good for your skin! Fight wrinkles AND feel beautiful... you can't go wrong. The ivory is the closest match to my skin color, and I use a bronzer to add a healthy glow, otherwise I still look a little washed out. I look forward to a broader range of colors... and a MyChelle bronzer would be great!

* Has helped calm and sooth my psoriasis and eczema
* Only 9 Ingredients, all of which i can pronounce
* Smells great
* Has a nice grit to it
* it sooths my irritated skin (have to list it twice, its the only soap i've used so far that has been able to make it feel better)
Cons:
* It wouldn't hurt maybe to have a little more cinnamon in it to give it a little more smell. But why mess with something i'd consider close to perfect.

(More customer reviews)This is an amazing product. I received the sample size first, and was using it as a back up to my normal routine for travel, etc. I thought I needed something that foamed to get my skin clean.
When I gave it a shot it totally cleared up my skin. Glycolic acid exfoliates in a way I never knew possible. You don't even feel it, but it's sloughing away dead skin cells and renewing your skin.
Totally creamy/ lotion in texture. I only use a dime size amount morning and night, and use varying moisturizer depending on how my skin is doing.

(More customer reviews)Admittedly, I'm a soap fanatic. I have tried multiple brands and types of soaps but always come back to this one(One With Nature, Dead Sea Mud Soap). Yes, it can be abrasive, but if you don't scrub your skin like you're sanding wood, you should be fine. It contains minerals and Dead Sea mud -- it's exfoliating by nature.
Considering the price, it's one of the more affordable (at least right now) Dead Sea mud-based soaps available. Bonus? It's great for your skin.

(More customer reviews)I've been using this item since April 2007 and I use it everyday twice a day. It's not irritating, it cleanses well (my blackheads are not as prominent as they used to be) and I don't look for another cleanser which is a nice relief. I'll probably keep buying this product on Amazon for a long time; Amazon is where I've found the best price. Slight draw back: when I first brought the product, the sales rep told me it would last six months. I don't know if it's because I lather it too much but I'd say it lasts about three.

I have psoriasis and this soap has helped greatly, in conjunction with other dead sea salt/mineral products I have found, to keep the scales to a minimum. When I use this soap regularly, the cracking, bleeding and itching that usually occur with a flare up are minimized. Amazing product that has lasted 2 months so far, with care to keep the bar dry after use. Worth every penny.

(More customer reviews)I compared this to many other bottles of Glycolic acid 30%, and this kit comes with a full bottle of the glycoic acid, plus a glycolic cleanser, glycolic toner, glycolic face cream and a fan in a nice zipper pouch. All this for the price of a bottle of 30% glycolic acid from other companies.
You can smell and feel the glycolic acid in the cleanser, the toner, and face cream. This really benefits the skin, preparing it for the peel and for care in between peels. I had the typical patches of dead skin a day or two after the peel, the cleanser, toner, and lotion helped speed the shedding and increased the benefits.
I have very pale skin, and felt starting with 30% was as strong as I could handle. Sure enough it stings as soon as you start brushing on the actual glycolic acid it self. Sitting by a small fan really helped. I used my cell phone timer, and was more than ready to rinse at 1 minute. I had a bowl of baking soda and water next to me which neutralizes the acid and stops the peel. The directions say it will sting more when you apply the baking soda and water, and they were spot on. (I dipped the brush in the baking soda/water solution and it fizzed!)
Then I just laid a cool wet cloth on my face after wiping off the acid on my face, neck, and hands. While moist I applied the face cream. No redness the next day. It's been a week, and just finished my 2nd peel. I see a difference. Fading a few darker freckles I wanted removed, more even skin tone, smaller pores and fresh looking skin. I can't wait to see the improvement at week 6.
There seems to be enough to do at least 6 hand and face treatments, maybe as many as 10-12. This is so much more effective than the spa peels I've done. I like being in control, and the whole kit cost less than 1 facial/peel at a spa or doctors office. It's VERY important you follow the directions, and have the baking soda water ready (the kit doesn't include baking soda, it's only 1.50 at the market).
I will absolutely buy this package again. I think I will give this as a nice holiday gift to my friends and ladies at work.

For me it's what I'll use forever,the eye gel, anti wrinkle night cream,moisterizing face cream,serum facial peeling milk,are excellent products, since I loved all the facial treatments they offer, I tried the body scrubs,soaps, body lotion and the super relaxing body butter.

Five minutes with this mask and I feel whole body refreshed, leaving my face feeling clean, alive, and tingly. Love this product, so I ordered 12 to give to friends and to myself. Must note I was horribly annoyed by the $ 86.00+ shipping charges from Amazon. The product cost was under $ 20. came in a 6x8x8 inch box, and weight less than the box??? Very confusing, I'll look for another source next time.
