Premium Quality 34 Piece Makeup Make up Brush Kit Set w/ Case Review

(More customer reviews)I have bought several sets of makeup brushes over the years from some of the most expensive to very inexpensive. I am very happy with this particular set of brushes. I am in a theatrical make up class on a nearby campus and these will be used for my professional career. I am very satisfied with the quality of the bristles and with the quantity of the set. I have shown several friends and have recommended the brush set to them. If I am looking for a gift to give a make-up "junkie", this is the set.
I was also very satisfied with the timely fashion in which they arrived. I ordered them on a Thursday and the following Wednesday they were delivered to my door, just in time for class on Thursday. At the time I ordered them, I wasa given until the first part of February to expect them...very plesantly surprised when they arrived in less than a week.

I have very dry skin on my hands and it is normal for my hands to become so dry each winter that they crack and bleed. I've tried all the usual brands of lotion sold in the stores with varying degrees of success. Generally, they leave my hands feeling slimy and the moisturizing effect only lasts as long as the lotion is actually on my hands. I am a chronic hand washer, so this isn't long.
I stumbled onto Ahava hand cream one week ago and am totally loving it. What I love most is that despite all my hand washing the effects of Ahava are lasting. I've found that I can go about 12 hours between applications. My hands feel so much better and my skin is actually healing. I am totally sold on this product.

(More customer reviews)I've used Maybelline Mineral makeup in the past and loved it, but haven't bought it since because I never wanted to pay $15 just for the foundation/powder. This kit comes with concealer, foundation, mineral veil, and brush for $10! You would pay about $40 for this kit in a store. I really love this makeup and love the way it goes on my face and stays looking good all day. A lot of foundations make my face look oily or cakey and this doesn't. It's a great buy. I got the medium, and it ended up being Medium level 2, which was perfect.

The brushes are a little shorter than I like - I find that when cleaning the brushes, it's not as easy to keep any moisture from getting under the ferrule (which can lead to shedding / mold / loosening glue, effectively ruining the brush); and I feel like I have less flexibility than longer bristles but not as much control as shorter or stiffer bristles would give me.

I too missed the Product Description that says Bare Escentuals Rare Minerals which apparently is a cheaper line Bare Escentuals used to market. (This brush does not compare to other BE brushes sold in stores. It is inferior.) Here was the sellers first response: Hello , rare mineral is the skin care line of bare mineral , just like buxom is made by bare mineral too . Let me guess , you are one of my selling competitor ?
--I was really taken aback by the seller's tone and accusation. If I was a "competitor" I would have known that Rare Minerals is part of Bare Escentuals, which I did not. The seller followed up with an email explaining to that effect. If I had just gotten the second email I would have understood and retracted by bad review, but the first email left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not buy from this seller again. They could have just calmly explained the mix up, but got on the defensive immediately, which is worrisome.

To me that means you are getting more than one color. I thought 2 grams would be the size of each color in the Princess family of colors. Everyday Minerals sent me 5 different items of that size to try FOR FREE, not the 5.99 I paid here for ONE little tiny container. I'm disappointed.
