I am a lover of all things vanilla and sandalwood- together they have this intoxication sweet and musky smell that is sure to attract! Only thing I didn't like is that its not carried in the VS stores so you have to wait for it to arrive....other than that ITS A MUST!

SEPHORA COLLECTION Professionnel Mineral Powder Brush #45 Review

(More customer reviews)I love high quality brushes and I have tried so many from various drug store and department store brands. Respect my opinion as I spare not cost for quality. I have found that the most expensive brushes are not always the best brushes. I recently saw this brush at a local Sephora store. I was amazed at the softness of this brush and the short bristles and rounded shape seemed to make make it ideal for powder and liqiud foundations. When I tried it with powder It performed alright but did not blow me away. When I tried it with liquid it was a disaster. It was streaky and failed to blend well. I still have not deceided to return it as I recently tried the Sephora Matfifying Foundation Powder that I thought may be comparable to a Mac Studio Fix but it wasn't it was like regular blot powder that I returned. This brush was not as well as some of my Sonia Kushak flat top brush and my Mac 130 which is my all time favorite. I also have a large Bare Esentual brush that I love best for full face powder. So should you add this to your collection. Maybe.. I'm still trying products to use with this brush because right now I am not satisfied.

(More customer reviews)The smooth blendability of the Bare Escentual eye shadows almost has me weepy. It is superior in its silky qualities and the Passionate Plum shadow is excellent for defining the eyes. The lightweight feel leaves only the slightest powder on your skin as it adheres delicately for long lasting results. The only thing that makes me nervous is that the powder is in a container without a protective plastic element like the foundation. If you drop this, it is history. I'd love to see them make up kits of pressed powder so you could try more shades all at once.

(More customer reviews)Like many people, I had a secret hope that this product would somehow work miracles. Well, once I rid myself of those magical thoughts, I became a fan of this makeup for what it is: a foundation that feels light like a powder and doesn't look like stage makeup when applied.
Here's my summary:
1. It DOES look like makeup once it's applied, but it covers well without a caked-on look.
2. Some reviewers have said that it stays on after exercising. I have not had this experience. For me, it tends to wear off after about 6-8 hours -- more quickly if I'm especially active.
3. Like other reviewers, it took me about a week to get the application right. I used too much in the beginning.
4. If you're trying this makeup for the first time, I recommend getting the Starter Kit. The brushes are very important . . . and fun.

Beau Monde Mineral Makeup Concealer/Corrector - Green 3g Review

(More customer reviews)It's not a miracle product, but it's nice. It makes my skin feel healthier when I apply it, and it has a great feel on your face. It works well to neutralize redness, but like the other reviewer, I would definitely recommend that you use it sparingly!!! Otherwise you'll end up with stark green patches on your face, and that looks just plain weird. I'd recommend putting a foundation or skin-tone concealer lightly over top it. With this product, the concealer lasts longer and looks much more natural. This powder also makes your make-up matte, which is GREAT if your skin is oily.
This is definitely better than most correctors. Its ingredients are natural with no harsh chemicals and the price is very reasonable. I'd recommend it!!

I didn't really expect this to work, but I couldn't afford the normal expensive loose mineral powder I normally use, so I just picked something randomly to tide me over until I could. I'm never going back! I've only been using this for a week and my face is so clear! I mean, there are still some blemishes, probably mostly acne scars. However, I used to wake up every day with at least one or two new pimples, and now I've had maybe one this whole week. I use it along with Proactiv (which honestly by itself doesn't do very much). Neutrogena scrubs and cleansers never really helped either. However, I think using Proactiv (benzoyl peroxide) along with this mineral powder (which contains salicylic acid) together probably did the job. I'd definitely recommend this product, but if you have acne problems, try combining 2 or more active ingredient acne-fighting chemicals in any form (cleansers, masks, scrubs, toners, concealer, etc) and see if it helps!
Edit: I've been using it for 5 months now, it's not as miraculous as it seemed at first but still significantly better than anything else I've tried. I'm sticking with it!

I am in my mid 40s, and need to cover up some blemishes, etc. I tried this make up, not really believing it will do any good. I was amazed at the results. First, it covered everything I needed without caking on. Second, It looked natural. Third, my skin actually looked better the next day! I swear by this make up. I even let my 14 years old daughter use their shimmers, as they can be very soft and non-harming. If you have any doubts - DONT!

(More customer reviews)I got the Rose Crepe color and it IS PERFECT! This stuff glides on soft and smooth, wears like your fav lip balm. You know how lipstick can feel gooey or cloggy on your lips after awhile. This stiff is not like most lipsticks. My lips feel like they are wearing nothing at all, just smooth and soft. The color really does last for a long time sort of fades away into a nice berry stain so there's none of that awkward half on, half off lipstick look that you might get with most lipsticks. The best lip product I have ever tried. The color is perfect for me too, I think Rose Crepe would look good on most skin tones (I'm Black with lighter skin) since it pretty much matches what most people's lip color looks like anyway, just darker for a "bitten" look.
