I picked this one up because I have very fair skin (hence the Classic Ivory) and liked that there was spf 20 in it, while Bare Minerals has only spf 15, and Mary Kay and most others have no spf.
I do not recommend using the included sponge applicator, unless you take the compact with you and need a quick touch up. I would use a professional kabuki-style brush for the application, and use the swirl-buff method. Just get a little powder on the brush and buff it out all over your face. I found that it gave me great coverage and matched my skin-tone well. I also would recommend that you exfoliate and moisturize before putting on this product, but that would go for any type of mineral powder foundation.
Overall, I really like it, and would recommend it to anyone. It's really a great product for the price.
