Premium Quality 34 Piece Makeup Make up Brush Kit Set w/ Case Review

(More customer reviews)I have bought several sets of makeup brushes over the years from some of the most expensive to very inexpensive. I am very happy with this particular set of brushes. I am in a theatrical make up class on a nearby campus and these will be used for my professional career. I am very satisfied with the quality of the bristles and with the quantity of the set. I have shown several friends and have recommended the brush set to them. If I am looking for a gift to give a make-up "junkie", this is the set.
I was also very satisfied with the timely fashion in which they arrived. I ordered them on a Thursday and the following Wednesday they were delivered to my door, just in time for class on Thursday. At the time I ordered them, I wasa given until the first part of February to expect them...very plesantly surprised when they arrived in less than a week.

The Pros:
The price is great! It's a really good product for where it's at
The Cons:
It does have a bit of a smel-just a not-so-great cosmetic scent. You also have to be weary of the colors. Some may be too orange.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this as an alternative to Bare Minerals. For the price, it's definitely worth the try!

Youngblood Loose Mineral Foundation Review

(More customer reviews)And I've tried many over the last few years, including Jane Iredale (pressed and loose powder), Bare Minerals, Sheer Cover, AfterGlow, and PUR. While the other products are decent (PUR was the only exception. I didn't care for it at all), Youngblood's powder foundation is a standout in all categories...it's silky, applies easily, the colors are fantastic and varied, coverage lasts and lasts, and it doesn't get cakey if applied correctly - even with reapplication.
Finding a match was a breeze, as they offer low-cost samples - - an excellent way to experiment with different shades without breaking the bank. Packages arrive quickly, too.
I have developed a special way with loose powder foundations to make them last twice as long, reduce that masky look you can get when reapplying product, control shine, and most importantly, customize the exact level of coverage and color I put on my face: I mix with about an equal amount of good face powder such as CornSilk (my all-time fave - bar none), then split up the now-doubled product into 2 containers...one for home, and one to take in my purse for touch ups.
The 1:1 ratio works great with my particular oily skin, but can be customize for anyone simply by adjusting the ratios. Just keep in mind, all powder foundations perform their best when skin has been properly exfoliated, moisturized, and all moisturizers have sunk in completely so skin isn't wet when you start to apply the powder.
One more suggestion: DO NOT use a cheap brush, like that uncomfortable, scratchy thing Sheer Cover sends out. The product won't blend as nicely, either. The absolute best brush I've found: Jane Iredale's The Handy. Indispensable, luxurious, and worth every cent!
Youngblood has a fantastic product - - Highly recommended!

Youngblood Pressed Eyeshadow Quads Review

(More customer reviews)First let me start by saying I love how fast I got these brushes! I ordered then August 26 and they were here on August 27. I used Amazon prime 2day free shipping. My case I received was a metallic green, the case itself obviously will not stay together forever and why should it, its made of cheap vinyl but anyway for 25 dollars you can't complain. The case has embossing on the lower right corner of the opening flap. It reads "Profound" my guess is that is the makers trademark. Opening the case you will notice it is held shut by two large silver magnetic snaps. The snaps are just punctured into the vinyl so once they come out they are gone for good. Each brush is held in place netting. The brushes that are sown in the first picture are not ALL the ones you will receive.
The brushes you should receive will be as follows: Two blush brushes, One large, one medium. A fan brush, A mascara brush, you should have one foundation brush (this will be the largest of the flat paint brush looking ones)you will have two concealer brushes that look almost identical, they are not, one is slightly longer and the brush is a bit wider then the other. you will have an angled brush that is best used for lining the top of the lids, a small lip brush, a brow comb/brush and an applicator. Each brush will come in plastic wrap to protect the brush. Four of the brushes will have a strong plastic "topper" keep the plastic that comes with the lip brush, fan brush and two blush brushes to help these keep their shape ladies.
The bristles on these brushes appear to be glued in fairly well, again for 25 dollars you shouldn't complain you are not getting M.A.C. brushes nor are you getting Dior. So if you are going to complain then just do yourself a favor and don't buy the brushes.
I will add my pictures of the case and each brush as soon as I find the connector to my digital camera. Then you can see what I think are more accurate photos of each brush..

I am somewhat young though i reccomend to test it on your skin and play with it because if you are not careful it can put on cakey, so i reccomend if you do buy it buy a kabuki brush to help it be put on even.

(More customer reviews)As much as I love MAC products, this doesn't really work for people with dry skin. When applied, it seeps into fine lines, goes a bit powdery over dry bits. Sort of exaggerates your 'dryness'.
But if you've got good moisturised skin then its probably fine. It comes out with shiny mineral particles and makes you "glow/shine", literally.
