(More customer reviews)I filed a claim online because I received a Rare Minerals brush instead of Bare Escentuals like the last review states from ZincBerry. I too missed the Product Description that says Bare Escentuals Rare Minerals which apparently is a cheaper line Bare Escentuals used to market. (This brush does not compare to other BE brushes sold in stores. It is inferior.) Here was the sellers first response: Hello , rare mineral is the skin care line of bare mineral , just like buxom is made by bare mineral too . Let me guess , you are one of my selling competitor ?
--I was really taken aback by the seller's tone and accusation. If I was a "competitor" I would have known that Rare Minerals is part of Bare Escentuals, which I did not. The seller followed up with an email explaining to that effect. If I had just gotten the second email I would have understood and retracted by bad review, but the first email left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not buy from this seller again. They could have just calmly explained the mix up, but got on the defensive immediately, which is worrisome.
