(More customer reviews)I've been using this product for a year now and for the first time I am very diasppointed. The
three pencils you sent are defective. They are much too soft and keep breaking---therefore, they
don't last. Broken points hopefully end up in the garbage...I say hopefully because sometimes it
lands on my lap or on the floor. When I buy these in the store I don't have a problem.
