(More customer reviews)I use magnesium lotion or this oil almost daily as I can have pretty erratic results with absorption of oral magnesium supplements. This product is a great deal in terms of how much you get and how long it will last. I put it in small squeeze bottles. They suggest spray bottles, but alot can end up on the floor as it slides right off your skin if you do not rub it in immediately. I find that this oil stings more than the lotion (I have Dr Shealy's Magnesium Lotion). Definitely avoid putting it on broken skin.
