I have to wash my hair once a day, sometimes more, to avoid inflammatory outbreaks. This product provides preemptive relief when I feel symptoms starting, and it's the only thing that tames full-on inflammation even after I have shampooed thoroughly. It smells to high heaven, but it's worth every penny and the strong scent.
