(More customer reviews)I ordered this product on October 8th and when it hadn't arrived after two weeks, I emailed the shipper, Sum-Bo-Shine Naturals & Organic to ask why I hadn't received a tracking number nor the shipment. They replied that they had not shipped out the item. . .
They were indeed apologetic but they did not offer to mitigate their error by at the very least sending me the item through expedited shipping even though I suggested it. All they offered was to send it out as soon as they could and a few days later they still hadn't. I truly wanted to like this company because I like the products they carry but my conclusion is they are unreliable and lack a basic understanding of customer care.
