(More customer reviews)I purchased a Bare Minerals starter kit, with this brush included, from a local health and beauty store. The makeup itself is wonderful, but the brush sheds hair all over my face and clothing. The store would not refund or exchange the brush due to local health codes. I contacted Bare Minerals/Escentuals customer service directly and they would not exchange or replace the brush either. Too bad they couldn't sacrifice a 20 dollar brush to keep a potential lifetime customer. I will not ever purchase another product from this company, as they do not stand by their product and their customer service both on the phone and via e-mail was horrible. This is unfortunate, especially in light of the fact that they promise "100% satisfaction guaranteed" on their website and TV ads. I've switched to another mineral foundation (from Sephora) which works just as well, is less expensive, and has a brush that doesn't shed.
