(More customer reviews)I tried this at a local health food store and was amazed at how well it relaxed the muscles I applied it to. But I think I used too much the first time as I got the other effect magnesium is known for. I've bought a bottle and just started using it and have not had "that" effect since. I use it on my neck and back and it really does help. I'm really glad I bought it. Oh yeah, and I tried another brand and it did not work at well.
